Booking Your Session
What services do you offer?
We create cinematic photography for students, seniors, graduates, families, athletes, professionals and private events. Whether you're looking for timeless portraits, unique images or professional headshots and sports photos, every project is crafted around your unique story and character.
How do I book a session?
Simply contact us or explore our Photography page to learn more and start your experience. We'll start by gathering more information about your vision, answer any questions, and guide you through the process from start to finish.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially during the Fall and Spring. Individual and group portrait sessions can often be scheduled within a few weeks notice, while private events should be booked several weeks in advance.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes. A 50% retainer reserves your date and schedules your portrait session with the remaining balance due before your session begins. Private Events may require full payment ahead of time, depending on the event.
Where do photo sessions take place?
We photograph throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and will recommend locations that best fit your vision. If you have a meaningful location in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
Do you offer Indoor Studio sessions also?
Yes. We offer Indoor Studio options in addition to Outdoor Sessions. Please contact us for more information.
Do you travel?
Yes. We're available to travel for photography projects. Any travel requirements or expenses will always be discussed beforehand.
Do you photograph weddings?
No. We intentionally focus on portraits and private events so we can provide the highest level of service in those areas.
Preparing for Your Session
What should I wear?
Choose clothing that feels comfortable, authentic, and timeless. Neutral colors and classic styles photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on you. We would not recommend bold stripes or clothing that has excessive wording. We're always happy to offer wardrobe recommendations before your session.
Can I bring outfit changes or personal items?
Absolutely. Additional outfits and meaningful items help tell your story. Sports equipment, musical instruments, books, vehicles, or anything that reflects who you are is always welcome.
I don't know how to pose. Will you help?
Definitely! Most of our clients aren't professional models. We'll guide you naturally throughout the session so you can relax, feel confident, and simply be yourself.
I get nervous in front of the camera. What do I do?
Don't worry. Our photography is never about performing or trying to be someone else. We guide you through the process to ensure you look natural and authentic. We work hard to create an environment where you can simply be yourself.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
If weather becomes an issue, we'll work with you to reschedule or discuss alternative Indoor Studio options whenever possible.
After Your Session
When will I receive my photo gallery?
Photo galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks for individual and group/family sessions. For private events, we'll provide an estimated delivery timeline before the event date.
How will I receive my photos?
Everything is delivered digitally through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, share, and enjoy your images across all of your devices.
How many photos will I receive?
Each photography package includes a specific number of professionally edited images. After your session, you'll receive a private online gallery where you can download your final images.
Can I order prints or albums?
Yes. High quality prints, albums, wall art, and other keepsakes are available and can be ordered through your online gallery.
Can I share my photos online?
Absolutely. We encourage you to share your images with family and friends. If your project requires commercial or business use, just let us know and we'll discuss the appropriate licensing options.
Will you share my photos publicly?
We love showcasing our work online but we also respect your privacy. We never share names or tag people online. If you'd prefer your images are not shared on social media, we provide the option to limit how your images may be used. Please let us know if this is something you would like to discuss.

Are your sessions based on Christian faith?
Our Christian faith influences how we serve people. We always strive to treat our clients with kindness, dignity and respect. If you'd like to incorporate scripture or other Christian faith-based elements into your photographs, we'd be honored to do so.
Are there certain types of photography and films that you will not produce?
We seek to honor God through the work we create. For that reason, we do not offer photo sessions that involve nudity, sexually suggestive themes, or content that we feel does not align with our studio’s values and standards.
