We use Pixieset Media Inc. (“Pixieset”) as a primary technology provider for our website, client management, booking, payments, galleries, image delivery, online store, and certain Partner Program administration.

3. Pixieset Website and Studio Manager
Our website is hosted through Pixieset.
We also use Pixieset Studio Manager to manage client inquiries, bookings, scheduling, photography sessions, invoices, payments, communications, Partner Program applications and agreements, and other aspects of our client and Partner relationships.
When you submit a contact form, request information, apply for the Partner Program, book a session, provide information relating to a photography session, complete client or Partner Program documentation, receive an invoice, make a payment, or otherwise interact with these services, information you provide may be transmitted to and processed through Pixieset.
Depending on your interaction with us, this information may include:
* Name and contact information
* Session and booking information
* Appointment dates and times
* Communications with us
* Information you provide regarding your photography session or event
* Contracts, questionnaires, applications, or other client or Partner Program documentation

4. Partner Program
Built On Purpose Studio offers a Partner Program that may include Referral Partners and Portfolio Models.
When you apply for or participate in the Partner Program, we may collect and process information necessary to evaluate your application, communicate with you, administer your participation, manage applicable agreements, track referrals, calculate and administer commissions where applicable, coordinate Portfolio Sessions, and manage other aspects of the Partner relationship.
Depending on the type of participation, this information may include:

* Age or date-of-birth information where reasonably necessary
* City or general location
* Social media usernames or profile links
* Information provided in Partner Program applications, questionnaires, agreements, or communications
* Referral codes and associated referral activity

Information submitted in connection with an application may be used to evaluate whether an applicant is appropriate for the applicable Partner Program role. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Participation in the Partner Program is governed by the applicable Partner Program agreement. Rights relating to photographs, videos, likenesses, promotional use, Portfolio Sessions, commissions, and other program-specific matters are governed by the applicable agreement, release, license, or other authorization.

5. Pixieset Client Galleries
We use Pixieset Client Gallery to host, display, and deliver photographs and videos to our clients and, where applicable, Portfolio Models or other authorized recipients.
Depending on the gallery settings and services being provided, clients and authorized gallery visitors may be able to view, select, favorite, download, share, or purchase photographs, videos, and other content.
Some galleries may be protected by passwords, access codes, download PINs, or other access controls. Clients are responsible for exercising appropriate care when sharing gallery links, passwords, PINs, or other access credentials with other people.
When you access or interact with a client gallery, Pixieset may process information associated with your use of the gallery. Depending on the gallery and features being used, this may include:
* Name and email address
* Gallery access information
* Photographs and videos
* Favorites and image selections
* Download activity
* Purchase and order activity
* Communications associated with a gallery
* Browser, device, IP address, and technical information
* Other information necessary to provide gallery functionality
Gallery content may include photographs and videos of adults and minors.
Gallery access and availability may vary depending on our agreement with the client or participant and the settings associated with the particular gallery.

With appropriate authorization under our photography agreements, releases, licenses, Partner Program agreements, or other applicable permissions, Built On Purpose Studio may use photographs, videos, or other content for portfolio, promotional, advertising, website, social media, publication, or other business-related purposes.
When content is posted to third-party websites or social media platforms, those platforms may collect or process information relating to the content and to individuals who view, interact with, share, comment on, or otherwise engage with the content.
Our use of photographs and videos for promotional, advertising, website, portfolio, or social media purposes is governed by the applicable photography agreement, release, license, Partner Program agreement, or other authorization associated with the photography or applicable relationship.
Your use of and interaction with third-party websites and social media platforms is governed by the privacy policies and terms of those platforms.

7. Pixieset Store
We use Pixieset Store to allow clients and gallery visitors to purchase digital images, photographic prints, and other photography products.
When you place an order through Pixieset Store, information necessary to process and fulfill the transaction may be collected and processed. This may include:

* Products or digital images ordered
* Order and transaction information
* Payment-related information

8. Payments and Stripe
Payment processing varies depending on the type of transaction.
Photography Sessions and Studio Manager Payments
Payments for photography sessions, invoices, retainers, and other photography services are managed through Pixieset Studio Manager and the payment methods available through that service.
Pixieset may use third-party payment-processing infrastructure, including Stripe, to securely process these transactions.
Pixieset Store Payments
Payments for digital images, prints, and other products purchased through Pixieset Store are processed through our connected Stripe account or other payment methods that may be made available through the Store.
When you make an online payment, payment information is transmitted to the applicable payment processor. Payment processors may collect information such as your name, billing information, payment-card information, transaction information, and information necessary to authenticate and process your payment.
Built On Purpose Studio does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code on our own systems.
We may receive and retain transaction-related information such as:

* Amount paid
* Payment status
* Transaction date
* Invoice or order information
* Limited information identifying the payment method

Metricool’s website analytics technology may collect information about Site visits, including pages viewed, traffic sources, and approximate geographic information.
According to Metricool, its website visitor tracking technology does not use cookies, assign unique identifiers to visitors, or store visitor IP addresses. IP addresses may be processed temporarily for purposes such as determining a visitor’s country.
Our use of Metricool for social media management may also involve information and analytics provided by social media platforms regarding interactions with our business accounts.
Interactions directly with social media platforms are governed by the privacy policies and terms of the applicable platform.

Photographs and videos depicting minors may be created, processed, stored, archived, and delivered as part of our photography services, including through Pixieset Client Gallery.
When authorized under an applicable photography agreement, release, license, Partner Program agreement, or other permission, photographs or videos depicting minors may also be used for portfolio, website, promotional, advertising, publication, or social media purposes.
Our Portfolio Model Program may include minors. When a Portfolio Model is under 18, the applicable Portfolio Model Agreement must be entered into by the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and we may collect information about the minor and the parent or guardian as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer participation in the program, coordinate Portfolio Sessions, and maintain applicable agreements and records.
We do not knowingly use our Site to solicit personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
